Why NOT having a will puts your family at risk!
When Rick Mayall sadly passed away in 2014, he left no Will. As a result, his £1.2m estate became subject to Inheritance Tax (IHT).
Had he made a Will and left everything to his partner, there would have been no IHT to pay whatsoever. For the sake of approximately £100-£150, his estate would not have suffered hundreds of thousands of pounds tax payable.
Neglect such as this is unforgivable!
